After months of planning every detail of my wedding - I recognized that on the actual day I wouldn’t have the time to make sure everything was as perfect as I had meticulously planned. Alex was referred to me by a family friend and I loved her from our initial phone conversation. She was knowledgeable with vendors, gave great suggestions and truly had a passion to help make sure each bride’s day is perfect. 

I hired Alex to be our day of coordinator for our wedding this past November. In the weeks leading up to our big day she was always accessible to help take care of last minute details which allowed me to focus on the million other things that I had on my plate. From the moment she arrived on my wedding day she brought a sense of calm to the chaotic apartment she walked in to. She was such a huge help to me, my mom and my bridal party throughout the entire day. No matter what was needed she was happy to jump in and get things done all with a smile on her face. When we arrived at the venue she worked directly with the staff to take care of anything that was needed. I couldn’t have been happier with how stress free and perfect our day was.

Metropolitan Building, LIC

Alex was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the Metropolitan Building in September 2017. I don't know how we could have done it without her. Although we planned the wedding ourselves, we wanted to be able to enjoy the day and not worry about the details as the wedding took place.

Alex took the reigns from us the week of the wedding and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. She was able to deal with all the personalities involved, from grandparents to the wedding party, and keep everyone at ease. She also was able to quickly solve problems (like us running out of beer!) in record time.

We (and our parents) agree that hiring Alex was the best thing we spent money on for the wedding. We highly recommend hiring her so that you can truly enjoy your "big day"!

I just have to stop by to give Look Sharp Events a HUGE thanks for my wedding in Long Island City this past weekend. The flowers were on point and Alex did a fabulous job at helping the caterer decorate the tables - I walked in and started crying I was so happy. She also decorated our sweetheart table- went above and beyond! Also, Alex made the whole process easy and stress free- can't recommend her company enough!

Alex did a Sesame Street theme candy buffet for my sons 1st bday party . The buffet was beautifully designed ..and the cake pops were delicious . I would definitely hire her again for any future events . She kept in touch with me and any questions I had she answered them right away .
